Return Window

Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
Refund Options
- Store Credit – Store credit is issued immediately upon return approval and never expires.
- Refund to Original Payment Method – Refunds are processed within one business week after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
